Working with ADAS and EBLEX we explored Adding Value and Reducing Carbon in the Lamb Supply Chain. . The report provides better knowledge and increased understanding on how the supply chain can add value and reduce carbon in lamb from farm to fork.
Food Security in Gloucestershire: We developed a potential investment plan around food security. Looking at how the Local Authority area could make itself more resilient, whilst playing a greater role in global food security.
Gloucestershire Agriculture & Climate Change: Looking at how climate change with effect agriculture businesses and what needs to be done to support them.

Gloucestershire Food Vision - Gloucestershire Food Vision has been operational in the County since 2004 and has led to over £4.5m of additional activity in the County. It was endorsed by the Gloucestershire Strategic Partnership to help the long term delivery of the Community Strategy. Our role has always been to lead the facilitation and support the delivery of projects. This has led to GFV being recognised locally, regionally and nationally as one of the most innovative programmes in the UK. Food Vision is now a project managed by VISION Culture CIC.
